When you're considering the expense of the wedding officiant cost, you may want to keep these three things in mind:

  • Will they deliver as promised?
  • Is the ceremony fee they are quoting you a flat fee or are there any hidden charges such as mileage, parking, etc.?
  • Are you willing to risk not having the best wedding officiant performing your ceremony, because the wedding officiant cost doesn't fit into your budget?

The wedding ceremony should be the most important part of your wedding day. If it weren't for you marrying, then everything that follows afterwards would just be a lavish party...not to mention, a "very expensive" lavish party.

So...where do you go from here?

That's where I come in and lead you every step of the way on your journey to your wedding day. Whether you have 100, 200, 300 or more guests attending, or it's a small, intimate gathering for a short 'n sweet elopement ceremony, rest assured, by the end of this pivotal chapter in your lives, you will be living the ceremony of your dreams.

Some things you may have already considered are what tone your ceremony will have--religious, semi-religious, spiritual...or maybe not religious at all...a bilingual Spanish and English wedding ceremony...and how big or small your wedding party will be. You may have in the back of your mind ideas about who to include in the ceremony...a close family member or friend to do a reading, or perhaps someone who is vocally or musically talented to sing or play an instrument...or why not both? A person playing an instrument as someone sings. Your wedding ceremony script will include all you envision.

As the journey to your big day progresses, you'll have other things to consider as well...including a wedding tradition, which may be any of the unity ceremonies--the candle, the sand, the cocktail, the water, the heart, the cross...and the list goes on. Some unique traditions include handfasting, jumping the broom, the lasso, breaking of the glass or the seven steps to name a few. Maybe you have children and are pondering whether to include them in the ceremony somehow. Your thoughts may drift along to how should the wedding party line up and walk down the aisle - single file, as couples or as a group - leading to deeper thoughts of being given away or even being walked down the aisle, if at all, and by whom.

As far as the actual wording of your wedding ceremony script, there are a variety of ways it will materialize. You may use your own wording, peruse the internet for them, or choose from the many selections I will provide for you. Essentially, there are many ideas to consider and with my expertise and guidance as a wedding officiant, a.k.a. a wedding celebrant, together, we'll create a ceremony that you can wholly call your own reflecting the two of you as individuals and as a couple.

Once your wedding ceremony script is finalized and your big day arrives, here's what you can expect your entire experience with A Perfect Fit Rev to be like, as expressed by two of the many completely contented couples:
